2.    Selenium IDE,  Selenium RC/ Selenium Webdriver , Selenium Grid

2.1         Selenium IDE:

Selenium IDE is an Integrated Development Environment for Selenium Scripts. It works on Firefox only. It is Record and run tool 

2.2         Selenium RC/ Selenium Webdriver:

·         Selenium RC: Selenium RC is also known as Selenium 1.0. It interacts with the browser using JavaScript

·         Selenium Webdriver: Selenium Webdriver is also known as Selenium 2.0. It interacts with browser directly using native drivers.

2.3         Selenium Grid:

·         Selenium Grid is used for parallel execution of test scripts.
